Return Eligibility

• Eligible items must:
  Be unused and unworn
• Include original packaging
• Be returned within 14 days of delivery

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.

Apparel Returns

Eligible Holy Ghost Gear items may be returned within the approved return period.
Returned apparel must:

• Be unwashed
• Have original tags attached
• Show no visible signs of wear or damage

Print-On-Demand Products

Due to the custom nature of print-on-demand production, we do not accept returns for:

• Incorrect size selection
• Buyer’s remorse
• Minor print variations

Damaged or incorrect items may qualify for replacement or refund.

Coffee Returns

Because coffee products are perishable, all coffee sales are generally final.
Refunds or replacements may be offered for:

• Damaged shipments
• Incorrect orders
• Quality issues confirmed by our team

Custom Suits

Custom suits and personalized tailoring services are non-refundable once production begins.
If there is a confirmed issue related to craftsmanship or production, we will review the matter individually.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
